2. Products 

At Cash Charmz, we sell designer inspired charms, accessories and so much more through our online store. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of products at any time without notice. 

Please do not message about any products that are sold out. Cash Charmz restocks once a month and due to tariffs and shipping issues, inventory may be delayed at times. However, you can message the discord to request any charms that are NOT on our website. 

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors. Customers who file chargebacks that are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise supported by the facts may be permanently prohibited from making future purchases from Cash Charmz. We reserve the right to cancel pending orders, refuse service and restrict access to our website and services for such customers. 

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped through third-party carriers, including USPS, UPS or Fedex. Cash Charmz is NOT responsible for any delays, lost packages, damaged packages, misdelivered packages, or other shipping related issues.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate claims regarding lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

5. No Refund Policy 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Cash Charmz does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Cash Charmz is not responsible for products that are damaged, broken, lost or otherwise affected during shipping. Any claims must be handled directly with shipping carriers. 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase (this includes inputing the correct address, checking items that are in cart before purchasing).
