Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. During sales, holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping
We ship orders through USPS, UPS and Fedex. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email if available.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
After a package has been shipped and accepted by USPS or UPS, Cash Charmz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Cash Charmz is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.
Damaged Packages
If packages arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to being the claims process.
