Refund policy
At Cash Charmz, ALL sales are FINAL.
We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that an item you purchased is unavailable or out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will be offered either:
- A replacement item of equal value
- A credit amount of equal value
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as accepted by USPS, UPS or Fedex responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, damaged or marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must FILE A CLAIM directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages after they have been accepted by USPS for delivery.
For assistance with filing a USPS claim, please visit the USPS website or contact USPS customer service directly. I can also assist via email because you will need my contact information as well.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure that ALL items selected in cart are correct. Please ensure that all shipping and contact information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
